I haven’t updated for a bit so now I have quite a few to add . Lots has happened in the
past week.. well sort of. Firstly is a long promised update on The Devil. I didn’t reach my goal with him this month but I have made some progress. The tips of his fingers are at the bottom and I am making my way into the page now that will see the top of his head.

I am quite impressed with how the circular shading / light areas are starting to show now too you can see what I am talking about more clearly on the original here. The shades of blue,purple and grey are a joy to stitch but I am looking forward to getting to all the other colours that are patiently waiting in my thread box to be used for this design.
I got some more done on fire too. I actually was doing incredibly tedious, repetitive stuff at work this week so I managed to fit some stitching time in between synthesis cycles. Generally this adds up to about 100 or 200 stitches at most across the day but it all helps. I managed to fill in a little on page 1 and did some more down on page 2 including the side of her face! I am making myself go back and do fill ins on page one for a little bit each week. It is slow going but slowly the little holes are starting to fill in.
