Photo Hunt Take 1: Childhood
I got home from work late again tonight so I haven’t had much time to come up with a picture for the first posting of the photo hunt. So here’s my very loved and rather tattered old bear. He was given to me the day I was born and was my constant childhood companion through all the crazy antics I got up to as a child. Over the years the poor bear has had numerous name changes and even sex changes. I think of it more as a him now but I am sure it was not always that way.
I love your photo hunt idea and it’s a great start! I may join in every now and again – you’ve got some nice themes 🙂 Maybe I’ll alternate or something!

You can tell it’s a teddy bear that’s been through quite a bit, just like its owner. It’s well loved, though… and lucky to have someone that still looks after him. I know I will always cherish my first real teddy bear. 🙂
And I still think photo hunt is one of your best ideas. Ever. 😛
Love your blog and love the idea for the photo hunt.Where and how can I join???

Hmmm, remind me to send you a photo of Ellie the elephant. I got him for my first xmas and it is obvious he was much loved. Oddly enough, despite the fact that once upon a time he wore a pink dress he was always a “he”… was I a confused child or what! He seemed to go through different ages aswell, once he wore a nappy, then he graduated to not needing one *here we need the roll eyes icon*
